Mitzvah Engg. is an ISO 9001:2000 Certified, custom metal fabricator supplying engineering, design, project management, welding, fabrication, precision machining, finishing and installation services to our customers. Our goal is to "meet or exceed the customer's expectations." We are committed to building strong relationships through understanding of the expectations and requirements of our customers before producing and delivering goods and services.

To achieve the same, at Mitzvah, we have adopted, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methodology for analyzing potential reliability problems early in the development cycle where it is easier to take actions to overcome these issues, thereby enhancing reliability through design. We identify potential failure modes, determine their effect on the operation of the product, and identify actions to mitigate the failures. A crucial step in anticipating what might go wrong with a product, and hence producing a quality product.

 The early and consistent use of FMEAs in the design process allows us to design out failures and produce reliable, safe, and customer pleasing products.

To get the best of the Quality and in endeavor to give our customer the best of the product and attain the same, we follow PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
We educate all our co-workers in their responsibility for the success of Mitzvah. When we find that we have not successfully met the needs of a customer, we utilize a team approach in examining our processes to determine the causes and reasons. We continually seek to improve upon our quality management system to enable us to fully comply with customers' expectations in a prompt, accurate and consistent manner.

We recognize suppliers as vital partners in our efforts to satisfy our customers. We foster strong relationships with our suppliers effectively communicating expectations and providing feedback on their performance in meeting our customers' needs.
